Regional Manager

  • Oversees General Managers ensuring they have appropriate staff oversight, including timely arrivals to work, write-ups in collaboration with HR, base pay for site staff employee budgets, and suppressing operational cost on days in which the property can be staffed more appropriately based on guest visitation and resort need. Provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Ensures GMs strictly enforce budgets, employee compliance, HR requirements, etc.
  • Helps curate and craft culture throughout the organization bringing our mottos and messaging throughout the staff experience – Welcome to Your Happy Place. Hospitality Reimagined. Every Guest is a V.I.P.
  • Ensures GMs and their subordinates attend ongoing required training sessions.
  • Ensure the GMs inform and oversee, the staff to stay on budget, provide quality customer service, remain professional, and set forth appropriate chain of command communication to resolve issues.
  • Travels Monthly to visit resorts in their region taking time to meet with resort team members at their respective sites, curating teamwork culture, and doing site quality assurance.
  • Helps facilitate growth and positivity from teams under her leadership.
  • Effectively, and routinely communicates with the Director of Resort Operations.
  • Attends budget review meetings, address presented issues with GM’s and resorts as needed to suppress cost and remain on budget.
  • Ensure the GMs of each resort stay budget within a margin of 5%+/- annually.
  • Crafts updated policies and procedures as needed delivering them to the GM’s and ensuring the GM’s install these processes and policies at the resort level.
  • Brings harmony to the work environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring employee/resort compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Reports Directly to the Director of Resort Operations regarding operational issues, budget concerns, direct report employee issues, and brainstorms implementation solutions.
  • Identify talent for future roles, including interviewing possible new candidates for any leadership roles.
  • Understands company technology and software tools at length while ensuring the direct report teams attend ongoing required training from the Training Department to have the same understanding of all items pertinent to their roles.
  • Attends scheduled meetings on a timely and routine fashion with leadership and various teams as needed.
